Safety & Performance
- It is IMPORTANT to not expose humans or pets to prolonged direct UVC light
- Rooms should be clear of humans and pets during the duration of the disinfection
- Our 55W models is equipped with motion sensor auto-stop technology and our 38W provides added safety through remote control operation
- Once the disinfection is complete and the UVC lamp has turned off, it is safe to enter the room and handle the equipment
- Our commercial grade UVC light bulbs are made for frequent use and last up to 8,000 hrs
- It is very quick and easy to replace the bulb and most customers keep a small stock of bulbs
Warranty
- The base comes with a two years manufacturer warranty, which does not extend to include the UVC bulb
- To keep the lamp operating at full disinfection level, please ensure that the bulb gets hot during operation
- If the heat level drops, we recommend to replace the bulb
- Always ventilate the area for up to 15 min after disinfection to remove any smell left from the UVC light
